First of all, I want to thank the numerous new followers from Quebec who have recently joined my Facebook group or my mailing list following the publication of an article in a newspaper about my sports betting service. The response has been amazing. Just to give you a quick idea of the impact of this article, I used to have between 130 and 180 unique visitors per day on my website. Within a few hours yesterday I got a little over 2000 unique visitors!!
Since we have many new followers, I’d like to take this opportunity to mention a few things which are even more relevant today after going 0-4 in last night’s NHL picks. I made a post 2 days ago about my current record and how things were going great, but I warned that bad streaks would eventually happen. If you are a serious bettor, you should understand that. You will go through good and bad streaks: it is part of the game. You need to focus on the long term.
Also, keep in mind that YOU are the ultimate decision-maker. I analyze games as much as possible, and I really do my best to provide some value. If you follow my advice and you make money, great. If you lose money, I ask that you remain respectful. I really do my best and put a lot of effort into it. In an ideal world, you should do your own research and use my daily reports as a tool to validate your own predictions. Dans un premier temps j’aimerais remercier sincèrement les nombreux nouveaux supporteurs du Québec qui se sont joints à mon groupe Facebook ou à ma liste d’envoi par courriel, et ce, suite à la parution d’un article dans le journal au sujet de mon service de pari sportif. La réponse des gens a été incroyable. Pour vous donner une idée de l’impact de cet article, j’accueillais normalement entre 130 et 180 visiteurs uniques sur mon site web. En seulement quelques heures, j’en ai reçu plus de 2000!!
Compte tenu qu’il y a plusieurs nouveaux supporteurs, j’aimerais saisir l’occasion pour mentionner quelques petites choses très importantes. Ces avertissements sont d’autant plus d’actualité suite à ma fiche de 0-4 dans mes choix d’hier soir dans la LNH. J’ai écrit un petit message sur Facebook il y a 2 jours pour mettre à jour ma fiche et pour montrer à quel point les choses allaient bien, mais j’avais émis un avertissement que des mauvaises séquences allaient éventuellement arriver. Si vous êtes un parieur sérieux, vous devriez comprendre cela. Vous passerez au travers de bonnes et mauvaises séquences : c’est inévitable et ça fait partie du jeu. Il faut focuser sur le long terme.
Gardez toujours en tête que VOUS êtes le décideur ultime. J’analyse les matchs le plus possible, et je fais vraiment mon possible pour vous apporter des éléments de valeur. Si vous suivez mes choix et que vous faites de l’argent, tant mieux. Si vous perdez de l’argent, je demanderais de demeurer respectueux. J’y consacre beaucoup d’effort. Dans un monde idéal, vous devriez faire vos propres recherches et utiliser mes rapports quotidiens pour valider vos propres prédictions. As advertised last night on Facebook, I’m taking the Penguins -115 (decimal odds = 1.87) in Edmonton. I was able to get better odds when the line opened (-110 or 1.91), but the bet is still profitable right now. Cam Talbot usually starts a maximum of 6 consecutive starts. Since we have now reached that figure, we may see backup Laurent Brossoit in net which would be great news if you bet Pittsburgh. Talbot’s numbers (2.40 GAA with a .919 save percentage) are significantly better than Brossoit’s (2.90 GAA with a .910 save percentage). Patric Hornqvist is likely out along with Letang and Maatta for Pittsburgh, so the newly acquired defencemen Mark Streit and Ron Hainsey will turn out to be more valuable additions. The Pens are currently riding a 3-game winning streak, while Edmonton has won 3 of its last 7 games. Pittsburgh has won the last 2 meetings with the Oilers in Edmonton.
I am not officially picking the Wild in Florida, but if the line moves to +110 (decimal odds = 2.10) or higher, I would recommend it. Minnesota would normally be the favorite, but a few things are going against them. First, they are playing the second leg of back-to-back games (3rd in 4 nights), while the Panthers are coming off two days’ rest. Also, Darcy Kuemper is expected to get the nod: his numbers are a lot worse than Dubnyk’s. If you hear that Dubnyk gets the start and the line doesn’t move very much, then please jump on Minnesota. Both teams have been struggling of late: Minnesota has lost 3 out of their last 4 games, while Florida has lost 6 of 7. What’s weird is prior to this bad streak the Panthers had won 8 out of 9 games!
